Animal pig nipple water drinker consists of valve body, valve plug, sealing ring, return spring, corking, sieve, etc. The valve body and valve plug are made of brass and stainless steel, the return spring and corking are made of stainless steel, and the sieve is made of engineering plastics. Main Features

1) Under group feeding, every 10 pigs are allocated with one drinking equipment, and the flow rate selection depends on the pig body size.

2) When using the drinking trough, in order to save water, it is suggested to also install water level control valve. A water level control valve is designed for every 15 sows.

3) The drinking equipment needs to be installed with a certain angle(30-45 degree).

4) In the pressure range of 0.2-6 bar, the flow rate remains constant. With constant flow, pigs can get more comfortable drinking water.

There are many varieties of drinking water and including sucking valve, water valve, bowls drinkers and so on which is suitable for different stage of pig drinking water. Stainless steel valve body and stainless steel spring is long life with adjustable water supply. Equipped with 30, 60 and 90 degree elbow adapt to the different drinking angle and height of pigs and can fully meet the drinking water demand of the pigs, so that the pigs can get enough water.

A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T and Paypal, Western Union are the most usual ways we are using.

3) What’s the order procedure?

A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or Whatsapp. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don’t have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

4) How do you take care when your clients received defective products?

A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

5) How do you check all the goods in the production line?

A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.

6) What's the MOQ?
